摘　　要：做好高职教育人才培养质量评价,是在辽宁振兴发展大背景下,高等职业教育应对各行各业高技术技能人才需求作出的积极反馈。通过分析高职教育人才培养质量评价的内涵及逻辑,确定通过构建以市场为导向、以学生为中心的高职教育人才培养质量评价体系,完善多元主体评价机制,采用内外部评价结合的评价方法等途径,不断完善和优化高职教育人才培养质量评价。The quality evaluation of higher vocational education talent cultivation is the positive feedback that higher vocational education should give to the demand of high-tech talents in all walks of life under the background of Liaoning revitalization and development.This paper analyzes the connotation and logic of the quality evaluation of talent cultivation in higher vocational education.It establishes the market-oriented and student-centered talent cultivation quality evaluation system of higher vocational education,perfects the multi-subject evaluation mechanism,and adopts the method combining internal and external evaluation to constantly improve and optimize the quality evaluation of higher vocational education talent cultivation.
