摘　　要：本文通过研究中医治疗放射性肠炎现状,以期为临床中医治疗放射性肠炎提供简单有效治法。对近5年发表在核心期刊及硕博论文中医治疗放射性肠炎的相关文献进行从病因病机、治则、具体治法、名中医经验四方面分析总结归纳。现代中医家及国家级名中医多认为放射性肠炎应根据临床症状及发生时期分为急性期与慢性期,急性期以湿热瘀阻下焦为病机,慢性期以脾肾亏虚为病机,总病机为本虚标实,治疗应以“整体观念辨证辨病论治”“急则祛邪、缓则扶正”为治疗原则,总体急性期以清热利湿、解毒化瘀止泻法,慢性期以健脾益气、渗湿止泻法,温阳补肾、固肠止泻法为具体治法取得良好的效果。因此,放射性肠炎中医治疗具有良好的优势,选择合适的治法具有事半功倍的效果,临床疗效确切。To study the current situation of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of radiation enteritis,in order to provide a simple and effective treatment for clinical traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of radiation enteritis.The relevant literatures on the treatment of radiation enteritis in traditional Chinese medicine published in core journals and doctoral theses in recent 5 years were analyzed and summarized from four aspects:Etiology and pathogenesis,treatment principles,specific treatment methods and famous traditional Chinese medicine experience.Most modern and national famous traditional Chinese medicine doctors believe that radiation enteritis should be divided into acute stage and chronic stage according to clinical symptoms and occurrence period.The pathogenesis of acute stage is damp heat and blood stasis blocking lower coke,the pathogenesis of chronic stage is deficiency of spleen and kidney,and the total pathogenesis is based on deficiency and reality.The treatment should be based on the principle of"syndrome differentiation and treatment of diseases based on the overall concept"and"dispelling evil in case of urgency and strengthening health in case of delay".In general,the specific treatment methods of clearing heat and dampness,detoxifying,removing blood stasis and stopping diarrhea in the acute stage,strengthening spleen and supplementing Qi,infiltrating dampness and stopping diarrhea in the chronic stage,warming yang and tonifying kidney,strengthening intestine and stopping diarrhea have achieved good results.Therefore,traditional Chinese medicine treatment of radiation enteritis has good advantages.Choosing appropriate treatment method has twice the effect with half the effort,and the clinical curative effect is accurate.
