摘 要:硼中子俘获治疗(boron neutron capture therapy, BNCT)是一种二元放射疗法,是目前具有广阔发展前景的肿瘤治疗手段之一。BNCT是利用同位素10B被中子照射发生核俘获和裂变反应从而产生高能的α粒子,用以杀死癌细胞。从上世纪30年代首次提出BNCT的概念并将其用于肿瘤治疗开始,硼中子俘获疗法逐渐在世界各国发展起来,并在脑胶质瘤、黑色素瘤以及头颈部肿瘤等多种疾病中取得了显著成效。当前,研发更高效的硼携带剂,建立更为精确的硼剂量测量体系以及开发医用加速器中子源是BNCT面临的主要难题。本文主要介绍了硼中子俘获疗法的基本原理和治疗优势,综述了BNCT的核心成分硼携带剂的发展历程、研发现状和临床应用,以及硼剂量精确测量的现状,有利于揭示BNCT在肿瘤治疗中的潜力。Boron neutron capture therapy(BNCT)is a binary radiotherapy,and it is one of the tumor treatment methods with broad development prospects at present.When isotope 10 B is irradiated by neutrons,it undergoes nuclear capture and fission reaction to produce high-energy alpha particles,which are used to kill cancer cells.Since BNCT was first put forward in 1930s and then used in tumor treatment,boron neutron capture therapy has gradually developed all over the world.BNCT has achieved remarkable results in glioma,melanoma,head and neck tumors and other diseases.At the same time,the main problems faced by BNCT are to open up more efficient boron carrier,establish more accurate boron dose measurement system and develop electron linear accelerator neutron source.In this paper,mainly introduced the principle and therapeutic advantages of boron neutron capture therapy,and as the core component of BNCT,which the development history and clinical application of boron carrier,as well as the current situation of accurate measurement of boron dose.It is helpful to reveal the potential of BNCT in tumor treatment.
