摘 要:中西医结合防治恶性肿瘤的临床实践,是将中医传统理论与现代医学兼容并蓄,在恶性肿瘤诊疗过程具有独特作用。随着现代科学技术的进展,兼有传承与创新特点的中西医结合临床显示出新时代新特色,其创新拔尖人才培养需要紧扣时代脉搏,应对新医科战略需求。临床教师在教书育人、提升医学生职业素养方面发挥主导作用,笔者通过多年临床带教经历,总结出临床带教创新思维的训练,主要包括强化课程思政建设、重视人文素质培养、强化法治思维、强化逻辑思维训练、强化多学科诊治思维以及多种教学法的实施等。临床创新思维训练,有效提高了临床创新拔尖人才培养质量,促进了新医科背景下医学生创新思维的形成。The clinical practice of prevention and treatment of malignant tumors through integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine is to integrate traditional Chinese medicine theory and modern medicine,which has a unique role in the diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors.With the development of modern science and technology,the clinical practice of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine with both inheritance and innovation features shows new characteristics of the new era.Its innovative top-notch talent training needs to keep pace with the pulse of the times and respond to the strategic needs of the new medicine strategy.Clinical teachers play a leading role in teaching and educating people and improving the professional quality of medical students.Through many years of clinical teaching experience,the authors summarized the training of innovative thinking in clinical teaching,including strengthening the ideological and political education,paying attention to the cultivation of humanistic quality,strengthening the thinking of the rule of law,improving the training of logical thinking,promoting the multi-disciplinary diagnosis and treatment thinking and the implementation of various teaching methods.The training of clinical innovative thinking has effectively improved the training quality of clinical innovative top talents and promoted the formation of innovative thinking of medical students in the context of new medicine strategy.
