摘　　要：鲁班工坊是由天津首创的职业教育国际化办学项目。吉布提鲁班工坊经过五年的建设,形成了独具特色的建设模式,为在吉中资企业培养了高技能本土化员工,有效支持了“一带一路”倡议下中吉国际产能合作。以吉布提鲁班工坊为例,总结中吉国际产能合作模式,针对存在的问题,提出持续建设和发展建议,为中国职业教育与中资企业协同“走出去”,响应“一带一路”倡议提供参考。Luban Workshop is an international vocational education program pioneered by Tianjin.After five years of construction,Luban Workshop in Djibouti has formed a unique construction model,trained highly qualified localized staff for Chinese enterprises in Djibouti,and effectively supported the international cooperation in the production capacity under the Belt and Road Initiative between China and Djibouti.Taking Luban Workshop in Djibouti as an example,this paper summarizes the model of China-Djibouti international cooperation in production capacity,puts forward suggestions on sustainable construction and development in the view of existing problems,and provides guidance for China's vocational education and Chinese-funded enterprises to cooperate in"going global"and respond to the Belt and Road Initiative.
