摘  要:介绍435/50R19.5无内胎低断面全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径932 mm,断面宽448mm,行驶面宽度375 mm,行驶面弧度高10.3 mm,胎圈着合直径493.5 mm,胎圈着合宽度381 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_(1)/H_(2))0.822,胎面采用6条周向花纹沟设计,花纹深度13 mm,花纹饱和度76.1%,花纹周节数60。施工设计:胎面采用两层全分层贯通结构,胎体采用3+9×0.22+0.15钢丝帘线,采用4层带束层结构,过渡层采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,工作层采用3+8×0.33ST钢丝帘线,保护层采用3×0.35HI钢丝帘线,采用两鼓胶囊成型机成型、热板式液压硫化机硫化轮胎。成品轮胎室内试验结果表明,轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均达到国家标准要求,高速性能达到设计要求。The design on 435/50R19.5 tubeless low profile truck and bus radial tire was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 932 mm,cross-section width 448 mm,width of the running surface 375 mm,arc height of running surface 10.3 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 493.5 mm,bead width at rim seat 381 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H_(1)/H_(2))0.822,using the design of 6 circumferential grooves for tread,pattern depth 13 mm,block/total ratio 76.1%,and number of pattern pitches 60.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:two-layer fully layered through structure for tread,3+9×0.22+0.15 steel cord for carcass,4-layer belt structure with 3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord for the transition layer,3+8×0.33ST steel cord for the working layer,and 3×0.35HI steel cord for the protective layer,using two drum capsule building machine to build tires and hot plate hydraulic vulcanization press to cure tires.The indoor test results of the finished tire showed that the inflated peripheral dimension,strength performance and durability met the requirements of national standards,and the high-speed performance met the design requirements.
