摘  要:有效的激励方法能够促进保险分支机构间数据共享和数字化建设。本文针对保险分支机构参与数据共享意愿低的问题,进行了保险数据共享激励智能合约研究与实现。首先,构建了基于区块链的保险数据共享框架,能够有效解决保险分支机构之间的信任问题;然后,实现了分支机构间演化博弈仿真实验,验证了演化博弈能够有效促进分支机构参与数据共享,进而设计了保险数据共享激励流程;最后,采用Hyperledger Fabric框架,设计了保险数据共享激励智能合约,表明提出的激励机制能够在保险数据共享相关参数赋值不同的情况下,通过动态调整激励收益使95%以上的分支机构参与数据共享。Effective incentive methods can promote data sharing and digital construction among insurance branches.In response to the low willingness of insurance branches to participate in data sharing,research and implementation of insurance data sharing incentive smart contracts were conducted.Firstly,an insurance data sharing framework based on blockchain has been constructed,which can effectively solve the trust problem between insurance branches.Then,an evolutionary game simulation experiment is carried out among branch offices to verify that evolutionary games can effectively promote the participation of branch offices in data sharing,and an incentive process for insurance data sharing is designed.Finally,with the Hyperledger Fabric framework,an insurance data sharing incentive smart contract is designed,indicating that the proposed incentive mechanism can dynamically adjust incentive returns to enable more than 95%of branch offices to participate in data sharing when the parameters related to insurance data sharing are assigned differently.
