摘 要:师承教育作为培养中医人才的一种独具特色的传统教育模式,在中医人才培养方面发挥了重要作用。新时代对中医教育模式提出了新要求,加之近年来师承教育时空局限、师资水平不一等弊端逐渐显露,因此提出私淑与师承协同的中医人才培养模式,并在疫情封校期间对该模式进行了初步实施与探索。通过对私淑与师承协同的中医人才培养模式的具体实施方案、效果评价、合理性及可行性、特点及意义等进行初步探讨,为建立健全中医人才培养模式提供新思路、新方法。As a unique traditional education model,apprenticeship has played an important role in the cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)talents.However,in recent years,its drawbacks due to limitations of space and time and different levels of teachers have been gradually revealed while the new era has put forward new requirements for the TCM education model.Therefore,the research group proposes as a solution the hybrid personal training and apprenticeship model of TCM education,which has been implemented and explored in the online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic.This paper provides new ideas and methods for the establishment of a sound TCM talent training model through a preliminary discussion of the specific implementation plan,effect evaluation,rationality,feasibility,characteristics,and significance of the TCM talent training model of personal training and apprenticeship synergy.
