摘  要:目的探讨中医临床护理学融入思政教育的教学效果,为护理专业课融合思政教育的研究提供参考。方法选取北京中医药大学2018护理专业共110位学生参与研究,在完成中医临床护理学课程的当天采用不记名方式进行现场问卷调查,借助统计软件SPSS 20.0对数据进行分析以均数、标准差为核心指标从学生素养培养、能力培养、教学过程评价与课程总体评价4个维度进行评估。结果学生在素养培养、能力培养中各条目的满意度均高于85%,最高得分为中医文化素养与中医辨证思维、最低得分为职业责任感;在教学过程评价与课程总体评价中各条目的满意程度均高于84%,最高得分为教学态度是否认真积极、最低的得分为思政与课程融合情况。结论中医临床护理学与思政元素在理论知识、操作技能与临床实践中形成了有效的融合,且学生接受度高、反馈良好,将思政元素与教学相融合可显著提高学生的专业素养与学习能力。Objective To explore the teaching effects of the integration of ideological and political education into the course Clinical Nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)so as to provide reference for the research on similar integration.Methods A total of 110 nursing students in the Class of 2022 from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine were selected to participate in the study.An anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted among the students on the day when the course was completed.With the help of statistical software SPSS20.0,the data collected from the survey were then analyzed with mean and standard deviations as the core indicators to describe students'evaluation of the integration of ideological and political education into the course in terms of their humanistic,cultural and professional awareness,their professional interest,knowledge and practical skills,the teaching process and their entire course experience.Results Students'degrees of satisfaction with the cultivation of their humanistic,cultural and professional awareness and their professional interest,knowledge and practical skills were more than 85%.Among them,TCM cultural awareness and TCM ways of thinking based on pattern differentiation obtained the highest scores,while sense of professional responsibility got the lowest scores.In the evaluation of the teaching process and the overall evaluation of the curriculum,students'satisfaction degrees were higher than 84%.Among the parameters,serious and positive teaching approach got the highest score while integration of ideological and political education into the curriculum got the lowest.Conclusions Ideological and political elements can be integrated into Clinical Nursing of TCM in terms of theoretical knowledge,practical skills and clinical practice with high acceptance and positive feedback from students,and can significantly improve their professional competencies and ability to learn.
