摘  要:实验教学是应用型人才培养的核心环节,与人才培养质量密切相关。然而,不同高校在实验教学团队、教学模式、管理模式等方面参差不齐,使得人才培养质量存在较大差异。通过调研7所康复治疗学专业入选国家一流本科专业建设点的中医药院校实验教学相关情况,分析探讨康复治疗学专业实验教学环节面临的困境与难题,为进一步提高康复治疗学专业的人才培养质量提供参考。Lab teaching,at the core of cultivation of practical talents,is closely related to the quality of talent cultivation.However,colleges and universities differ in terms of faculty for lab teaching,teaching methods,management approaches,etc.,leading to significantly varied quality of talent cultivation.Through a survey of the status quo of lab teaching in seven traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)universities whose rehabilitation therapy programs have been listed as the national first-class undergraduate programs,this paper analyzes and discusses the difficulties and problems in the lab teaching of the programs,providing reference for further improvement in the quality of such teaching nationwide.
