摘　　要：掌握自然保护区马麝(Moschus chrysogaster)的分布、种群大小及与生境适宜性的关系是对濒危马麝开展可持续就地保护的前提和基础。2021年7月1日—8月25日,采用样线法和粪堆计数法对兴隆山国家级自然保护区的马麝种群进行调查,分析马麝的分布和种群大小与保护区夏季生境适宜性的关系。结果表明:保护区分布有马麝922~1480头,主要分布在适宜生境内,平均种群密度为(4.00±0.93)头/km^(2);随夏季生境适宜性的增加,马麝的种群密度也呈上升趋势,高适宜区生境种群密度可达(18.01±1.36)头/km^(2)。兴隆山保护区可通过生境保育提升其非适宜区的生境质量,扩大马麝的分布范围,促进种群增长。Knowledge of the distribution,population size and relationship with habitat suitability of alpine musk deer(Moschus chrysogaster)in nature reserves is a prerequisite and basis for sustainable in situ conservation of the endan⁃gered alpine musk deer.From July 1 to August 25,2021,a survey of the alpine musk deer population in Xinglong Mountain National Nature Reserve(XNNR)was conducted using the sample line method and pellet-group counting method to ana⁃lyze the distribution and population size of alpine musk deers in relation to the suitability of summer habitat in the reserve.The results showed that there were about 922-1,480 alpine musk deer in XNNR,with an average population density of(4.00±0.93)individuals/km^(2);with the increase of habitat suitability in summer,the population density of alpine musk deer also showed an increasing trend,and the population density of alpine musk deer in high suitability area could reach(18.01±1.36)individuals/km^(2).Based on the results,it is suggested that XNNR can enhance the habitat quality of its non-suitable areas through habitat conservation,expand the distribution of alpine musk deer,and promote population growth.
