摘 要:针对不锈钢超薄板冲压件的变形开裂问题,以燃料电池金属双极板为研究对象,首先,根据双极板的功能和特性,设计了一种具备拉延加强结构的可冲压金属双极板,通过CAD软件建立了双极板的三维模型。其次,利用有限元模拟技术,选择初始板料尺寸、压边力、冲压速度以及模具间隙作为成形质量的影响因素,以金属双极板减薄率及增厚率作为优化目标,进行冲压模拟,并给出优化目标随着影响因素的变化规律。同时,分别求解金属双极板成形后的全局减薄率及增厚率,以及双极板关键部位的减薄率,利用极差和方差分析法,得出不同因素对于金属双极板减薄率影响的主次关系。研究结果可为金属双极板的设计与生产提供一定的指导。Aiming at the problem of deformation and cracking of stainless steel ultra-thin plate stamping parts,taking the fuel cell metal bipolar plate as the studied object,firstly,according to the functions and characteristics of bipolar plate,a stamping metal bipolar plate with drawing reinforcement structure was designed,and the three-dimensional model of bipolar plate was established by CAD software.Secondly,the initial sheet size,blank holder force,stamping speed and die clearance were selected as the influencing factors of forming quality by the finite element simulation technology.Taking the thinning rate and thickening rate of metal bipolar plate as the optimization goals,the stamping simulation was carried out,and the change law of the optimization objectives with the influencing factors was given.At the same time,the global thinning rate and thickening rate of metal bipolar plate after forming and the thinning rate of key parts of bipolar plate were solved respectively.Furthermore,by using the range analysis and variance analysis methods,the primary and secondary relationship of different factors affecting the thinning rate of metal bipolar plate was obtained.The study result provides certain guidance for the design and production of metal bipolar plate.
