摘  要:大型40Cr13不锈钢环件轧制成形复杂,在径-轴向轧制过程中,常存在参数设置不合理导致环件在轧制过程中出现失稳、偏移、异形等问题。针对这类问题,以目标外径为Φ2952 mm的大尺寸环件为研究对象,设计了4阶段式轧制曲线,选取轧制过程中的环件初始温度、驱动辊转速、环件外径增大速度等关键参数,并利用Deform-3D软件模拟轧制成形过程,分析了不同参数对径向轧制力、等效应变与温度分布的影响。结果表明:在4阶段式轧制过程,环件初始温度为1100℃、驱动辊转速为20 r·min^(-1)、环件外径增大速度为5.6 mm·s^(-1)时,成品环件的轧制力合适,且等效应变与温度分布均匀。The rolling of large 40Cr13 stainless steel ring parts is a very complex process,and in the radial-axial rolling process,there are often problems such as instability,offset and abnormal shape of ring parts caused by the unreasonable parameter settings in the rolling process.Therefore,in order to resolve them,for the large-size ring parts with targeted outside diameter ofΦ2952 mm,a four-stage rolling curve was designed,by selecting the key rolling parameters such as initial temperature of ring part,rotation speed of driving roller,and outer diameter increase speed of ring part in the rolling process,the rolling process was simulated by software Deform-3D,and the influences of different parameters on the rolling force,equivalent strain and temperature distributions were analyzed.The results show that under the four-stage rolling process,when the initial temperature is 1100℃,the rotation speed of driving roller is 20 r·min^(-1),and the outer diameter increase speed of ring part is 5.6 mm·s^(-1),the rolling force of finished ring part is appropriate,and the distributions of equivalence strain and temperature are uniform.
