摘 要:由于闭环供应链封闭处理物料的流动,可较大程度减少污染排放和剩余废物,这对企业的货物库存管理能力提出更高的要求。为避免出现时滞变质品,文中考虑时滞不确定性设计了一种新的闭环供应链多目标风险识别系统。系统硬件由优化器、仿真器和编码器组成,选用98130-AI型优化器寻找最优解,通过IAKD-192型仿真器内部的NSGA-Ⅱ架构对多目标优化协调求解。利用编码器确定编码频次,分析整数代码,得到原始的非支配解集。在充分考虑时滞不确定性因子后,设计识别软件程序,确定闭环供应链经济性能指标函数,通过探究波动状态确定闭环供应链是否稳定,根据维数检测结果实现软件识别程序。实验结果表明,所设计系统能准确分析时滞不确定因素,使闭环供应链的库存波动时间缩短了20%~50%。The closed⁃loop supply chain can greatly reduce pollution emissions and residual waste due to the closed flow of materials,which can put forward higher requirements for the enterprise′s inventory management ability.In order to avoid time⁃delay deteriorating products,a new multi⁃objective risk identification system for closed⁃loop supply chain is designed considering time⁃delay uncertainty.The hardware of the system is composed of optimizer,simulator and encoder.The 98130⁃AI optimizer is selected to find the optimal solution,and the coordinated solution of multi⁃objective optimization is achieved by means of the NSGA⁃Ⅱarchitecture inside the IAKD⁃192 simulator.The encoding frequency is determined by the encoder,and the integer code is analyzed to obtain the original non dominated solution set.After fully considering the time⁃delay uncertainty factor,the identification software program is designed to determine the economic performance index function of the closed⁃loop supply chain,determine whether the closed⁃loop supply chain is stable by exploring the fluctuation state,and realize the software identification program according to the dimension detection results.The experimental results show that the designed system can accurately analyze the time⁃delay uncertainties and shorten the inventory fluctuation time of the closed⁃loop supply chain by 20%~50%.
