摘　　要：地方工科高校大力发展学科建设时,可以利用传统特色学科优势,通过多学科交叉融合,同时主动对接国家产业和地方经济发展需求,积极培育发展新兴的交叉学科,探索出地方工科高校多学科交叉融合的工程人才培养的新模式。When local engineering colleges and universities vigorously develop discipline construction,they can make use of the advantages of traditional characteristic disciplines through multidisciplinary integration.At the same time,they ought to take the initiative to meet the needs of national,industrial and local economic development,actively cultivate and develop the emerging multidisciplinary disciplines,and explore a new mode of multidisciplinary integration of engineering talents cultivation in local engineering colleges.
