摘 要:为解决地材紧缺,减少地材消耗,提出了一种适用于新建高速公路路面磨耗层的薄层沥青混合料,通过结构层验算,验证了其力学性能满足规范要求。基于CAVF法进行HET-配合比设计,验证了HET沥青混合料的路用性能可满足新建高速公路的各项要求,并对比了同材料情况下,HET和GAC-16C两种沥青混合料路用性能的差异。结果表明,高性能薄层HET的高温稳定性和抗水损坏性能略优于GAC-16C。在筑路材料日益紧张匮乏的条件下,厚度较薄的新型沥青混合料HET具有广阔的应用前景。In order to solve the shortage of ground materials and reduce the consumption of ground materials,a thinlayer asphalt mixture suitable for the wearing course of new expressway has been proposed in this paper.Through the checking calculation of structural layer,it has been verified that the mechanical properties of the structural system can meet the specification requirements.The mix proportion design of HET-20 based on CAVF method has verified that the road performance of HET-20 asphalt mixture can meet the requirements of new expressways,and the differences of road performance between HET-20 and GAC-16C asphalt mixture under the same material has been compared.The research has shown that the high-temperature stability and water damage resistance of high-performance thin layer HET-20 are slightly better than GAC-16C.Under the condition of increasing shortage of road building materials,the new type of asphalt mixture with thin thickness has a broader application prospect.
