摘　　要：国际贸易史上围绕国际贸易话语权的博弈从未停止过,近年来中国货物贸易规模已经跃居世界第一,但中国的国际贸易话语权长期受制于西方国家,发展相对滞后。本文梳理了近代以来各历史阶段中国国际贸易话语权发展的特点,发现中国当前国际贸易话语权建设存在缺乏原创性国际贸易理论、权威国际传播平台以及国际贸易规则话语权不足的问题。未来,中国需要构建原创性国际贸易理论及其现代国际传播平台,同时在已有多边框架下引领发展中国家重构国际贸易规则、国际分工与全球经济治理体系、国际贸易计价与结算体系,推行制度型开放,由国际贸易规则接受者转变为规则提供者,将当前西方国家的对华遏制转化为机遇,巩固提升国际贸易话语权。The game surrounding the discourse power of international trade has been ongoing in the history of the international trade.China's international trade scale has jumped to the top in the world in recent years,while China's discourse power in international trade has long been constrained by Western countries,and its development is relatively lagging behind.The paper summarized the characteristics of China's development of international trade discourse power in various historical stages since modern times,and found that there are problems in China's current construction of international trade discourse power such as the lack of original international trade theories,authoritative international communication platforms,as well as insufficient discourse power in international trade rules.In the future,China needs to build an original international trade theory and its modern international communication platform,while leading developing countries to restructure international trade rules,international division of labor and global economic governance system,international trade pricing and settlement system under the existing multilateral framework,promoting institutional openness,transforming from recipients of international trade rules to rules providers,and quickly transforming the current western countries􀆳containment against China into opportunities to consolidate and enhance the discourse power in international trade.
