摘　　要：Dear Editor,Herein,we report a case of a patient who presented with refractory ocular hypertension(OHT)after a dexamethasone implant(DEX-I)injection.Intraocular pressure(IOP)was finally managed after Preserflo Micro Shunt implantation,allowing the continued use of dexamethasone implant.
