表板厚度与组坯方式对展平竹-杨木复合板性能的影响

摘  要:为充分发挥杨木与展平竹的优势,以杨木为芯板、展平竹为表板制作展平竹-杨木复合板,分析表板厚度(2、4、6、8 mm)及组坯方式(顺纹组坯、横纹组坯)对复合板弹性模量、抗弯强度、冲击韧性及胶合强度的影响。结果表明:在表板厚度方面,随表板厚度增加,复合板抗弯弹性模量先减小后增加,表板为8 mm的复合板弹性模量最大,为12.10 GPa;抗弯强度呈下降趋势,表板为2 mm的复合板抗弯强度最大,为198.4 MPa;冲击韧性呈上升趋势,表板为8 mm的复合板冲击韧性最大,为50.19 kJ/m^(2);胶合强度先增加后减小,表板为4 mm的复合板胶合强度最大,为5.41 MPa。在组坯方式方面,横纹组坯复合板的弹性模量、抗弯强度、冲击韧性优于顺纹;与顺纹组坯相比,横纹组坯复合板的抗弯弹性模量高9.82%、抗弯强度高18.67%、冲击韧性高2.20%;胶合强度以顺纹组坯复合板为高,达5.41 MPa,横纹组坯的为3.73 MPa。In order to give full play to the advantages of poplar and flatten bamboo,the flatten-bamboo-poplar engineered composites are made with poplar veneer as the core and flatten bamboo as the surface plate,and the effect of the thickness of surface plate(2 mm,4 mm,6 mm,8 mm)and assembling patterns(parallel texture,across texture)on modulus of elasticity,bending strength,impact toughness and bonding strength of the flatten-bamboo-poplar engineered composite boards is analyzed.The result shows that the modulus of elasticity of the engineered composites decreases first and increases then with the increased thickness of surface plate,and the engineered composite board with the surface plate 8 mm thick has the maximum elastic modulus at 12.10 GPa;the bending strength presents a downward trend,and the composite board with the surface plate 2 mm thick has the maximum bending strength at 198.4 MPa;the impact toughness shows an upward trend,and the composite board with the surface plate 8 mm thick has the maximum impact toughness at 50.19 kJ/m^(2);and the bonding strength increases first and decreases then,and the composite board with surface plate 4 mm thick has the maximum bonding strength at 5.41 MPa.In terms of assembling pattern,the engineered composite board with across texture assembling is better than that with parallel texture assembling in terms of elastic modulus,bending strength and impact toughness.Compared with the composite board with parallel texture,the composite board with across texture increases by 9.82%in elastic modulus,18.67% in bending strength and 2.20% in impact toughness.In terms of bonding strength,the composite board with parallel texture,which is 5.41 MPa,is higher than that with across texture,which is 3.73 MPa.
