“下一代”国家大学科技园大学生创新创业服务体系的建设探析

摘　　要：国家大学科技园在创新人才培养方面拥有多样的创新创业资源、良好的创新创业环境、全方位的创新创业政策、丰富的创新创业示范案例等优势,在大学生创新创业服务体系中发挥着重要作用。然而,现阶段国家大学科技园在发展过程中存在“创大于新”的问题,大学生创业者往往拥有较高的创业热情,然而在“新”上下的功夫还不够深。未来产业科技园的建设试点将会推动新时期国家大学科技园的升级发展。因此,“下一代”国家大学科技园要注重“创新”,坚持创新驱动创业的理念,以人才培养体系推动创新创业教育,以各类实践平台完善创新创业环境,以创新资源供给提高服务水平,以创新创业文化营造创新创业氛围。National university science parks play a unique role in the innovation and entrepreneurship service system for university students because of their diverse innovation resources,good entrepreneurial environment,comprehensive policy support,and rich entrepreneurial success demonstrations.However,there is a problem in the development of university science parks,which is“entrepreneurship is more important than innovation”.University entrepreneurs often have entrepreneurial enthusiasm,but they do not work hard enough on“innovation”.The pilot construction of future industrial science parks will promote the upgrading and development of national university science parks in the new era.Therefore,the“next generation”national university science parks should pay more attention to“innovation”,specifically,insist on innovation driven entrepreneurship,promote innovation and entrepreneurship education with the talent training system,improve the innovation and entrepreneurship environment with various practice platforms,improve the service level with the supply of innovation resources,and create an innovation atmosphere with the innovation and entrepreneurship culture.
