摘　　要：在深刻理解和把握马克思的异化劳动理论基础上,理性审视当今社会存在的劳动异化现象及其扬弃途径。完善和优化收入分配制度,实现劳动者在产品分配上的公平;激发社会创造性劳动活力,增强劳动者的使命感幸福感获得感;坚持人民至上的价值原则,促进劳动者的自由全面发展;营造风清气正的社会氛围,构建劳动者的和谐交往关系;认清网络异化的表现形式,合力塑造和净化网络精神家园。扬弃劳动异化现象,实现全体人民共同富裕,促进中国式现代化高质量发展。On the basis of the deep understanding and grasp of Marx’s theory of alienation of labor,the paper examines rationally the labor alienation phenomenon and the way of sublation in today’s society.It thinks that to improve and optimize the income distribution system can realize the fair distribution of products for workers;to stimulate social creative labor vitality will enhance workers’sense of mission,happiness and gain;to adhere to the value principle of people first can promote the free and all-round development of workers;to create a clean and positive social atmosphere would build a harmonious relationship between workers,to recognize the expression form of Internet alienation,and join forces to shape and purify the spiritual home of Internet,so as to better promote the liberation and free and comprehensive development of human beings,and promote the high-quality development of Chinese modernization.
