摘 要:试验旨在筛选出适宜在新疆南疆地区推广的非常规饲料资源。通过测定番茄秧(tomato seedling)、胡萝卜缨(carrot top)、红薯秧(sweet potato seedling)、花生藤(peanut vine)、马铃薯秧(potato seedling)的营养成分、相对饲用价值、有效能值和体外发酵参数等指标进行综合分析。结果显示:番茄秧、红薯秧的粗蛋白(CP)含量显著高于马铃薯秧(P<0.05),胡萝卜缨粗脂肪(EE)的含量显著高于其他四种非常规饲料(P<0.05),番茄秧的中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量显著高于其他四种非常规饲料(P<0.05),番茄秧与花生藤酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量显著高于其他三种非常规饲料(P<0.05);红薯秧相对饲用价值显著高于其他四种非常规饲料(P<0.05);红薯秧和胡萝卜缨可消化干物质(DDM)、总可消化养分(TDN)、相对牧草品质(RFQ)、代谢能(ME)、产奶净能(NEL)显著高于其他三种非常规饲料(P<0.05);胡萝卜缨维持净能(NE_(m))、增重净能(NE_(g))显著高于其他四种非常规饲料(P<0.05);产气量由高到低依次是番茄秧>胡萝卜缨>马铃薯秧>红薯秧>花生藤,五种非常规饲料的人工瘤胃培养液pH为6.38~6.78,胡萝卜缨pH显著高于番茄秧、红薯秧、马铃薯秧(P<0.05);番茄秧与胡萝卜缨干物质降解率(IVDMD)显著高于其他三种非常规饲料(P<0.05);NH3-N浓度为13.88~20.11 mg/dL,胡萝卜缨氨态氮(NH3-N)含量显著高于番茄秧、马铃薯秧(P<0.05)。综上,红薯秧和胡萝卜缨的营养价值、相对饲用价值、有效能值与体外发酵特性表现最好。The purpose of this study is to screen out unconventional feed resources suitable for promotion in southern Xinjiang.The nutritional compositoin,relative feeding value,effective energy value and in vi⁃tro fermentation parameters of tomato seedlings,carrot tops,sweet potato seedlings,peanut vine,potato seedlings.The results showed that the content of crude protein(CP)in tomato seedling,sweet potato seedling was significantly higher than that of potato seedling(P<0.05).The content of ether extract(EE)in carrot top was significantly higher than that in other four unconventional feeds(P<0.05).The content of neutral detergent fiber(NDF)in tomato seedling was significantly higher than that in other four uncon⁃ventional feeds(P<0.05),and the content of acid detergent fiber(ADF)in tomato seedling and peanut vine was significantly higher than that in other three unconventional feeds(P<0.05).The relative feeding value(RFV)of sweet potato seedling was significantly higher than that of the other four unconventional feeds(P<0.05).The digestible dry matter(DDM),total digestible nuttotal digestible nutrient(TDN),relative forage quality(RFQ),metabolic energy(ME)and net energy for lactation(NEL)of sweet potato seedling and carrot top were significantly higher than those of the other three unconvention⁃al feeds(P<0.05).The net energy for maintenance(NE_(m))and net energy for gain(NE_(g))of carrot top were significantly higher than that those of the other four unconventional feeds(P<0.05).From high to low,the gas yield was tomato seedling>carrot top>po⁃tato seedling>sweet potato seedling>peanut vine.The pH of the artificial rumen culture solution of five unconventional feeds was between 6.38 and 6.78,and the pH of carrot top was significantly higher than that of tomato seedling,sweet potato seedling and potato seedling(P<0.05).The in vitro dry matter di⁃gestibility(IVDMD)of tomato seedling and carrot top was significantly higher than that of the other three unconventional feeds(P<0.05).When the concentration of NH3-N was
