摘　　要：阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)自被发现至今依旧是医学界的一大难题,该文综述了血脑屏障(blood brain barrier,BBB)与AD的关系。已有大量研究证实,AD患者的BBB渗漏率升高,而载脂蛋白E4(apolipoprotein E4,ApoE4)则是晚发性AD的最强遗传风险因子。该文着重讨论了引起BBB损伤的原因,以及如何通过修复BBB来达到治疗AD的效果。Alzheimer’s disease is still a difficult problem in medical field since its discovery.This article reviews the relationship between blood-brain barrier(BBB)and Alzheimer’s disease.A large number of studies have identified elevated BBB leakage in Alzheimer’s disease patients,and ApoE4 is the strongest genetic risk factor for late onset Alzheimer’s disease.This paper focuses on the causes of BBB damage and how to repair BBB to achieve the therapeutic effect of Alzheimer’s disease.
