摘  要:目的 分析焦作市城乡生活饮用水微生物污染状况,为保障居民饮水安全提供科学依据。方法 收集2017-2020年焦作市城乡生活饮用水菌落总数、总大肠菌群、耐热大肠菌群、大肠埃希氏菌等4项微生物指标检测结果,依据《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB5749-2006)对检测结果进行评价。结果 2017-2020年共检测生活饮用水水样2214份,其中城市水694份,农村水1 520份,城市水合格率(97.69%)高于农村水(82.63%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。城市出厂水合格率(98.84%)与末梢水合格率(97.53%),农村出厂水合格率(83.70%)与末梢水合格率(81.67%),差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);城市丰水期合格率(95.93%)低于枯水期合格率(99.43%),农村丰水期合格率(75.10%)也低于枯水期合格率(90.14%),差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。城市水和农村水主要超标指标均为菌落总数,其次为总大肠菌群,耐热大肠菌群和大肠埃希氏菌只在农村水中有检出。结论 焦作市城市生活饮用水微生物指标合格率较高,农村饮用水卫生状况不容乐观,应加强对农村饮用水的卫生管理,保障农村饮水安全。Objective To analyze the microbial pollution in drinking water in urban and rural areas of Jiaozuo and provide scientific basis for ensuring the safety of drinking water for residents.Methods The monitoring results of four microbial indicators including total bacterial count,total coliform,thermotolerant coliform and Escherichia coli in urban and rural drinking water in Jiaozuo from 2017 to 2020 were collected and evaluated according to the Hygienic Standard for Drinking W ater(GB 5749-2006).Results A total of 2214 drinking water samples were tested from 2017 to 2020,including 694 urban water samples and 1520 rural water samples.The qualified rate for urban water(97.69%)was higher than that for rural water(82.63%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Among them,there was no significant difference between the qualified rate of urban outlet water(98.84%)and that of peripheral water(97.53%),and between the qualified rate of rural outlet water(83.70%)and that of peripheral water(81.67%)(all P>0.05);The qualified rate in urban wet season(95.93%)was lower than that in dry season(99.43%),and the qualified rate in rural wet season(75.10%)was also lower than that in dry season(90.14%).The difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The main index exceeding the standard in urban water and rural water was the total number of bacteria,followed by coliform bacteria.Heat resistant coliform bacteria and Escherichia coli were only detected in rural water.Conclusions The qualified rate of microbial indicators for urban drinking water in Jiaozuo is high,and the sanitary situation of rural drinking water is not optimistic.It is necessary to strengthen the sanitary management of rural drinking water to ensure the safety of rural drinking water.
