摘 要:CaCu_(3)Ti_(4)O_(12)(CCTO)具有较大的介电常数,在储能领域具有巨大的应用潜力,但高介电损耗却限制了其应用。本文采用固态法共掺杂Mg和Al元素,研究Al掺杂量对CCTO的介电常数、介电损耗和阻抗等物理性能的影响。实验结果表明,Mg和Al元素共掺杂,CCTO的晶格常数减小,衍射峰位向高角度偏移;随Al含量的增加,CCTO的介电常数明显减小,而介电损耗随频率、温度的提高先减小后增大,阻抗显著增大;在中低频、低温时,掺杂可有效降低介电损耗。CaCu_(3)Ti_(4)O_(12)(CCTO)has a large dielectric constant,which implies a great potential for application in the capacitor energy storage field.However,the high dielectric loss of CCTO limits its application.In this paper,the solid state method was used to co-dope with Mg and Al.Then the effect of Al doping amount on the dielectric constant,dielectric loss and impedance properties was studied.The results show that the lattice constant of CCTO decreases and the diffraction peak shifts to the right due to the co-doping of Mg and Al.With the increase of Al content,the dielectric constant of CCTO decreases obviously,while the dielectric loss decreases first and then increases with the increase of frequency and temperature,and the impedance increases significantly.The dielectric loss of doped CCTO can be effectively reduced at the range of mid-low frequency and low temperature.
