摘 要:根据CTCS-3级和CTCS-2级列控车载设备控车原理,提出高速铁路闭塞分区长度设计原则和约束条件。结合现行列控车载设备参数,当线路长大下坡道不大于24‰时,闭塞分区长度设计满足CTCS-3级列控车载顶棚速度350 km/h、CTCS-2级300 km/h正常运行。当线路长大下坡道大于24‰时,闭塞分区长度按照满足CTCS-3级列控车载顶棚速度350 km/h、CTCS-2级降速至250 km/h设计;或将CTCS-3级列控系统结合轨道电路信息定义的闭塞分区平均长度由3000 m调整为4400 m,以满足CTCS-3级列控车载顶棚速度350 km/h、CTCS-2级300 km/h运行要求。According to the control principle of the onboard equipment of China Train Control System level 3(CTCS-3)and China Train Control System level 2(CTCS-2),the design principle and constraint conditions of block section length for high-speed railway were proposed.Combined with the existing parameters of train control onboard equipment,when the long down grade of the line is not greater than 24‰,the train can operate normally without abnormal braking when the block section length is designed to meet the requirements of the top speed of 350 km/h of CTCS-3 train control equipment,and the top speed of 300 km/h of CTCS-2.When the long down grade of the line is greater than 24‰,the block section length should be designed to meet the requirements of the top speed 350 km/h of CTCS-3 equipment and the top speed of CTCS-2 being reduced to 250 km/h.Meanwhile,the average length of the block section defined by CTCS-3 train control system combined with track circuit information can be increased from 3000 m to 4400 m,to meet the operation requirements of the top speed of 350 km/h of CTCS-3 and 300 km/h of CTCS-2.
