摘　　要：分析研究小规模限制性在线课程(SPOC)联合微信教学模式应用于放射科护理实习教学中的效果。实践表明,放射科护理实习教学中采用小规模限制性在线课程联合微信教学模式不仅可以有效增强教学效果,提高护生放射科理论知识、临床护理技能和病例分析成绩,还可以有效提高护生的自主学习能力、学习兴趣、沟通能力以及岗位胜任能力等,同时提高护生对教学的满意度,效果确切,具有较高的临床应用价值。To analyze and study the effect of small private online course(SPOC)combined with WeChat teaching mode in the teaching of radiology nursing practice.The practice shows that the combination of small private online course and WeChat teaching mode in the radiology nursing practice teaching can not only effectively enhance the teaching effect,improve the nursing students'theoretical knowledge of radiology,clinical nursing skills and case analysis results,but also effectively improve the nursing students'autonomous learning ability,learning interest,communication ability and career competence,and improve the nursing students'satisfaction with teaching,and the effect is excellent.It has high clinical application value.
