摘　　要：按照第八届全国职业院校检验技能竞赛生化检验比赛项目工作方案的要求,通过双缩脲试剂法分别测定30份高、中、低3个不同浓度血清标本的TP值,并最终确定TP靶值,目的是探讨全国职业院校检验技能竞赛生化检验项目TP靶值的确定过程,为进一步评价竞赛检测结果的准确度提供依据,也为后面的检验技能竞赛提供指导和借鉴。In accordance with the requirements of the 8th National Vocational College Skills Competition for Biochemical Testing Project,the TP values of 30 serum specimens with different concentrations of high,medium,and low levels were measured by the biuret method to determine the TP target value.The aim was to explore the process of determining the TP target value for the biochemical testing project in the national vocational college skills competition,providing a basis for further evaluation of the competition results,and guiding and referencing future skills competitions.
