摘  要:为了促进食用菌菌渣的高效利用,在介绍食用菌菌渣理化性质的基础上,从食用菌栽培再利用及用作饲料、肥料、生态环境的修复材料等方面综述了食用菌菌渣利用途径的研究进展,指出菌渣利用中存在的理化性质研究薄弱、研究应用缺乏协作、应用性研究不足等问题,并提出发展建议,如加深基础研究;加强学科间的融合和行业间的合作;加强菌渣利用的应用研究等。综合来看,食用菌菌渣的高效应用前景广阔。In order to promote the efficient utilization of edible mushroom residue,based on the introduction of the physicochemical properties of edible mushroom residue,the research progress in the utilization of edible mushroom residue was reviewed from the aspects of mushroom cultivation and reuse,as well as its use as feed,fertilizer,repair materials of ecological environment and so on.It pointed out the problems of weak research on physicochemical properties,lack of collaboration in research and application,and insufficient application research in the utilization of mushroom residue.It also put forward development suggestions,such as deepening basic research,strengthening cooperation between disciplines and industries with other industries,and strengthening applied research on the utilization of residue.Overall,the efficient application prospects of edible mushroom residue were broad.
