分类评估:普通高等学校本科教育教学审核评估(2021—2025年)的核心特征

摘　　要：新一轮审核评估方案亮点频出,“分类评估”是其核心特征。“两类四种”评估指标体系是在我国新时代社会经济发展、高等教育体系发展、学生个性化发展和高等教育评估发展进入新阶段背景下提出的新一轮审核评估的核心内容,目的是通过评估使不同高校各安其位,特色发展,争创一流。新一轮审核评估的“分类评估”特点主要体现在具有鲜明导向型、实行柔性分类、坚持持续改进、与国际高等教育评估接轨等方面,它的要素包括培养目标分类、指标体系分类和评估程序分类等。“Classified evaluation”,which includes“two categories and four kinds”,is the core feature of the new round of audit evaluation.It is proposed in the context of China’s social and economic development in the new era,the development of the higher education system,the individualized development of students,and the development of higher education evaluation on a new stage.It aims to encourage different colleges and universities to develop with their own characteristics and strive for the first-class.Features of the new round of audit evaluation are mainly reflected in the aspects of distinct orientation,flexible classification,continuous improvement,and integration with international higher education evaluation.The classifications of training objectives,of index system and of evaluation procedures are the elements included.
