摘　　要：为回顾广州图书馆40年的发展历程,2021年9月,广州图书馆广州纪录片研究展示中心对现任馆长方家忠进行访谈。围绕早年工作经历、《广州市公共图书馆条例》立法、广州图书馆事业的规划和发展等内容,馆长方家忠回顾了个人在广州公共图书馆事业奋斗的30年经历,展现了中国改革开放背景下,广州图书馆事业发展的变迁和广图人敢为人先的精神风貌。For a review of the 40-year development of Guangzhou Library,Guangzhou Documentary Center,an affiliated department of the library,conducted an interview with the current director Fang Jiazhong in September,2021.Director Fang Jiazhong looked back on his 30-year career dedicated to Guangzhou public library undertakings by sharing his early work experiences,the process of legislation,the planning as well as development of Guangzhou Library and so on.These stories reflected great changes of the library and the library staff’s pioneering spirits.
