高校实验室危险化学品库存管理表格的设计与应用

摘　　要：阐述了高校实验室危险化学品库存管理的意义,总结了危险化学品的库存管理要求,对高校实验室危险化学品库存管理进行了需求分析,确定了高校实验室危险化学品库存管理功能模块,设计了高校实验室危险化学品库存管理表格,并将高校实验室危险化学品库存管理表格成功应用于危险化学品库存管理。高校实验室危险化学品库存管理表格便于危险化学品出入库管理和定期检查,减少了实验室危险化学品的管理工作量,提高了危险化学品的管理水平。The significance of the inventory management of hazardous chemicals in university laboratory is expounded.The inventory management requirements of hazardous chemicals are summarized.The demand analysis on the inventory management of hazardous chemicals in university laboratory is carried out.The function module of inventory management of hazardous chemicals in university laboratory is determined.The inventory management form of hazardous chemicals in university laboratory is designed.The inventory management form of hazardous chemicals in university laboratory is successfully applied to the inventory management of hazardous chemicals.The inventory management form of hazardous chemicals in university laboratory facilitates the stock in/out management and regular inspection of hazardous chemicals,reduces the management workload of hazardous chemicals in laboratories,and improves the management level of hazardous chemicals.
