摘 要:本文开发了1,5,7-三叠氮双环[4.4.0]葵-5-烯(TBD)修饰超微孔氧化硅固体碱(TBD/SMS)催化酯交换选择合成蔗糖C8-C16脂肪酸单酯的策略,在糖/酯摩尔比1∶1、135℃、15 kPa下反应9 h,甲酯转化率为99.6%、蔗糖棕榈酸单酯选择性为88.9%,单酯选择性较TBD均相催化过程提高43.5%。采用SEM、TEM、XRD、N2吸附-脱附分析、FT-IR、Hammett滴定法等表征TBD/SMS催化剂,结果显示:其具有p6mm二维六方超微孔结构,孔径为1.5 nm,碱量为0.96 mmol/g。评价了蔗糖C8-C16脂肪酸单酯的表面活性和抗菌性能,结果显示:合成的蔗糖单酯的HLB值为18.5~25.1,对革兰氏阳性菌金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌率达到99.7%以上,作为抗菌功能性生物基表面活性剂有望应用于生物农药、功效化妆品等领域。We developed a strategy for selective synthesis of sucrose C8-C16 fatty acid monoesters by solid base catalyzed transesterification with 1,5,7-Triazabicyclo[4.4.0]dec-5-ene(TBD)modified supermicroporous silica.The conversion of methyl ester was 99.6%and the selectivity of sucrose palmitate monoester was 88.9%under the reaction condition of 135℃,15 kPa for 9 h and the 1∶1 molar ratio of sugar to ester,which was 43.5%higher than that of the TBD homogeneous catalysis.The TBD/SMS solid base catalyst was characterized by SEM,TEM,XRD,N2 adsorption-desorption analysis,FT-IR and Hammett titration method.It had p6mm 2d hexagonal supermicroporous structure with a pore size of 1.5 nm,and an alkali content of 0.96 mmol/g.The surface activity and antibacterial properties of sucrose C8-C16 fatty acid monoester were evaluated.The results showed that the synthesized sucrose monoesters had the HLB value range from 18.5 to 25.1,and antibacterial rate against Staphylococcus aureus was more than 99.7%,which is expected to be functional bio-based surfactants for the application in biological pesticides,and functional cosmetics.
