摘  要:结合产品质量与成本控制对胎面气孔率波动造成的影响进行剖析,并通过研究分析从混炼胶配方优化、调整混炼胶存放周期、强化混炼工艺执行、挤出低温供胶、终口型结构改进等方面制定了管控措施,通过措施执行,胎面气孔率得到有效控制,因其所引发的质量与成本损失得到显著改善,达到了提升产品质量、降低生产成本的预期目的。This paper analyzes the impact of product quality and cost control on the fluctuation of tread porosity,and formulates control measures through research and analysis from the aspects of compound formula optimization,adjusting the storage cycle of compound,strengthening the implementation of mixing process,extruding low temperature rubber supply,and improving the structure of the end shape.Through the implementation of measures,the tread porosity was effectively controlled,and the quality and cost losses caused by it were significantly improved,achieving the expected purpose of improving product quality and reducing production costs.
