摘　　要：PTD4智能半钢MT胎二次法成型机,是第4代专为MT/LT胎及其他大规格的半钢轮胎开发的智能二次法成型机,在轮胎厂不具备智能物流线的情况下,自动卸胎称重输送线的研制可以实现胎胚的自动卸胎、自动称重、自动翻转、自动定中、自动抓取、自动装车,大大降低劳动强度、提高生产效率。此外,自动卸胎称重输送线将各个功能在输送过程中进行分解,各组成部套结构简单、性能可靠。卸胎方向平行于主机轴线,设备整体布局紧凑。PTD4 intelligent semi-steel MT tire two step building machine is the fourth generation of intelligent two step building machine specially developed for MT/LT tires and other large semi-steel tires.In the case that the tire factory does not have an intelligent logistics line,the automatic tire unloading and weighing conveyor line can realize automatic tire unloading,automatic weighing,automatic overturning,automatic centering,automatic grabbing and automatic loading of the raw tire,greatly reducing labor intensity and improving production efficiency.In addition,the automatic tire unloading weighing conveyor line decomposes various functions during the transportation process,with simple structure and reliable performance.The tire unloading direction is parallel to the axis of the main machine,and the overall layout of the equipment is compact.
