构建“类案办理”实战教学软件环境服务警务实践的思考——以福建警察学院公安应用写作实验室为例

摘　　要：基于公安基层常见类案办理占比较大的实务现状,以公安职业化建设为导向的公安院校,在公安应用写作实验室的建设上应构建契合基层实务的软件环境,脱离单一的文书写作课程,通过研发执法办案系统及辅助软件的教学版本,模拟系统文书和非系统文书的智能化、规范化制作情境,针对占比较高的几类刑事、行政类案研发“类案办理”模块,构建“类案办理”软件环境,经由类案文书的全案制作和流程审批,提升警校生的办案技能,为将来从警打下坚实的实务基础。Based on the practical situation that the handling of common cases at the grass-roots level accounts for a large proportion,police colleges and universities oriented by the professional construction of public security should build a software environment suitable for the construction of public security application writing laboratories,break away from a single document writing course,and simulate the intelligent and standardized production situation of system documents and non-system documents by developing the teaching version of provincial law enforcement case handling system and auxiliary software.Then,we will develop the"case handling"module for several types of criminal and administrative cases that account for a relatively high proportion,build a"case handling"software environment,and improve the case handling skills of police school students through the whole case production and process approval of case-like documents,so as to lay a solid practical foundation for the future police.
