摘 要:某平面和竖向均不规则的超限高层建筑,同时存在着局部构件间断、塔楼偏斜、楼板不连续、扭转不规则、尺寸突变等超限情况。对结构在多遇地震作用下的整体抗震性能进行分析,在ETABS结构计算软件中选取符合条件的2条人工波及5条天然波模拟地震作用,考虑采用主、次波双向地震作用加载的方式,对结构进行弹性时程补充分析和设防地震作用下结构关键构件的抗震性能验算,并利用SAUSAGE和PERFORM 3D三维非线性弹塑性分析软件对结构进行动力弹塑性时程分析和弹塑性时程补充分析。计算结果表明,通过提高底部局部墙肢配筋率、埋设钢板、局部楼板加厚等措施,本超限高层项目可达到预期的抗震性能目标。最后给出了本项目针对结构超限情况采取的相关措施。An out-of-code high-rise building with irregular plane and vertical direction has out-of-code situations such as local component discontinuity,tower deflection,floor discontinuity,irregular torsion and sudden dimensional changes.The overall seismic performance of the structure under the action of multiple earthquakes was analyzed.Two artificial waves and five natural waves that meet the conditions were selected in the ETABS structural calculation software to simulate the seismic action.The elastic time history supplementary analysis of the structure and the seismic performance checking calculation of the key components of the structure under earthquake protection were carried out by using the two-way seismic action loading method of primary and secondary waves.The dynamic elastic-plastic time history and elasto-plastic time history supplementary analysis were carried out by SAUSAGE and PERFORM 3D nonlinear elasto-plastic analysis software.The calculation results show that the expected seismic performance goal of this out-of-code high-rise project can be achieved by improving the reinforcement ratio of the local wall limb at the bottom,burying the steel plate,and thickening the local floor.Finally,the relevant measures taken by this project to deal with structural overruns were given.
