合作网络特征与创新模式对企业创新绩效的组态影响

摘　　要：创新活动对资源获取及整合的需求,使企业依托合作网络并选择与之匹配的创新模式进行技术创新成为一种现实的选择。选择农业科技型企业作为研究对象,运用模糊集定性比较分析的方法,分析了合作网络属性特征带来的外部影响与技术创新模式的内部选择对企业创新绩效的组态作用及其路径选取。研究结果表明:产生高水平创新绩效和非高水平创新绩效的驱动路径都是由多个条件共同匹配组成,在高水平绩效驱动路径中网络达高性、网络中介位置、突破式创新、渐进式创新为核心条件,关系联结强度在创新绩效提升的过程中未起到重要作用,高水平创新绩效与非高水平创新绩效的驱动条件具有非对称性。The demand for resource acquisition and integration of innovation activities makes it a realistic choice for enterprises to rely on the cooperation network and select the matching innovation mode to carry out technological innovation.Selecting agricultural science and technology enterprises as the research object,using the method of fuzzy set Qualitative Comparative Analysis(fsQCA),this paper analyzes the configuration effect and path selection of the external influence brought by the cooperation network attributes and the internal selection of technological innovation mode on the enterprises'innovation performance.The research results show that the driving paths that produce both high-level innovation performance and low-level innovation performance are composed of multiple factors.In the high-level performance-driven path,a network of high resistance,network intermediary location,breakthrough innovation and gradual innovation are the core conditions.Network relationship strength does not play an important role in the process of innovation performance improvement.The driving factors of high-level innovation performance and low-level innovation performance are asymmetry.
