摘　　要：教育部印发《关于全面落实研究生导师立德树人职责的意见》明确了研究生导师立德树人职责。南昌大学麻醉学硕士学位点组织教育部课程思政教学名师、学校思政教育专家、医院职业道德标兵等共同构建研究生思政教育教学团队,对立德树人实践路径进行探索与研究。通过将职业道德培养目标融入专业研究生培养方案,建立健全麻醉学研究生导师的激励评价制度,加强麻醉学研究生导师思想价值引导作用,以特色思想政治教育服务于麻醉学研究生人才培养等实践路径,全面落实立德树人根本任务。The Ministry of Education issued the Opinions on the Comprehensive Implementation of the Duties of Postgraduate Tutors in Establishing Moral Values,which requires postgraduate tutors to fulfill their duties in establishing moral values;the master’s degree program in anesthesiology of Nanchang University organized a teaching team of postgraduate curriculum ideology and politics jointly with the Ministry of Education’s masters of curriculum ideology and politics,experts from universities and professional ethics pacesetters from hospitals to explore the practice path of building morality and cultivating talents.Through the integration of professional ethics training objectives into the professional postgraduate training program,by establishing a sound incentive evaluation system for postgraduate anesthesiology supervisors and strengthening the guiding role of the ideological values of postgraduate anesthesiology supervisors,and with the characteristic curriculum ideology and politics as well as other practice paths,we can fully realize the cultivation of people through morality.
