摘　　要：推进高校治理体系和治理能力现代化是关系高校可持续发展、特色发展、高质量发展、师生幸福成长的根本保证,文章阐释了高校治理体系和治理能力现代化的内涵,分析了高校治理体系存在的问题,提出了推进高校治理体系和治理能力现代化的举措。建立健全高校治理的领导体制机制,进一步加强党对高校的全面领导;建立健全高校治理工作的制度体系,构建依法治校的领导机制、制度机制、运行机制和督查机制,实现依法治校、依法执教、依法受教;用现代制度体系指引办学方略、指导党建工作、落实立德树人、规范教育教学,贯穿办学治校全过程,进一步提升高校治理体系和治理能力现代化。Advancing the modernization of College’s system and capacity for governance is the fundamental guarantee for the sustainable,feature and high-quality development of the college and happy growth for teachers and students.The paper explains the contents of the modernization of college’s system and capacity for governance and analyzes the existing problems in the governance system of the college.It also puts forward several measures,such as establishing and perfecting CPC leadership system and mechanism,and strengthening the over leadership of the Party,forming the program system according to the law including the leadership,operation and inspection to realize managing by law,teaching by law,learning by law;use modern institutional system to guide the school running strategy,guide the Party building work,building morality and cultivating talents,standardizing education and teaching and improving the modernization level of system and capacity for governance.
