摘 要:为提升特殊时期学生的自我管理能力,完善学校管理工作,对青岛职业技术学院学生进行《大学生自我管理能力》问卷及访谈调查。发现学生在职业生涯规划管理上得分最高,在学习管理上得分最低;返校学生在时间管理上得分显著高于未返校学生;不同专业在职业生涯管理能力上有显著差异;愿意返校与不愿意返校学生在时间管理、职业生涯管理、人际关系管理上有显著差异;自我管理高分组在对学习生活的满意度高于低分组;进行居家学习、体育锻炼的学生自我管理能力好于不进行的学生。基于研究结果,从创设实践机会、加强体育锻炼、丰富学习形式上提出自我管理能力提升策略。In order to improve students’self-management ability and school management during the normal epidemic prevention and control period,a questionnaire and interview survey on College students’self-management Ability were conducted among students of Qingdao Technical College.It was found that students scored highest in career planning management and lowest in learning management.Returning students scored significantly higher on time management than non-returning students.There are significant differences in career management ability among different majors.In the aspects of time management,career management and interpersonal relationship management,students who are willing to go back to school and those who are not performed differently.The group with high self-management had higher satisfaction with learning and life than the group with low self-management.Students who study at home and do physical exercise have better self-management ability than those who do not.Based on the results of the study,the outhor puts forward improving strategies from creating practical opportunities,strengthening physical exercise and enriching learning forms.
