春黄菊提取物中挥发性香气成分分析

摘　　要：采用顶空-固相微萃取-气相色谱质谱联用(HS-SPME-GC/MS)法分析了春黄菊提取物中主要挥发性成分,并通过香气活力值鉴定了春黄菊提取物中的主要挥发性香气成分。结果表明,春黄菊提取物中的主要挥发性成分是醇类(35.313%)和酯类(22.658%),其中,花椒素(15.068%)、7-甲氧基香豆素(13.617%)和4,5,9,10-脱氢异长烯烃(10.228%)等成分含量较高;春黄菊提取物中的主要挥发性香气成分为大马酮、香兰素、苯乙酸、香豆素、乙酸、癸酸乙酯、威士忌内酯、肉桂酸乙酯、异丁酸甲酯、愈创木酚、苯乙醛、己酸、亚麻酸。We analyzed the main volatile components in Anthemis tinctoria L.extract by headspace-solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(HS-SPME-GC/MS),and identified the main volatile aroma components by using odor activity values.The results show that the main volatile components are alcohols(35.313%)and esters(22.658%),among which the contents of zanthoxylin(15.068%),7-methoxycoumarin(13.617%),and 4,5,9,10-dehydroisolong olefin(10.228%)are higher.The main volatile aroma components in Anthemis tinctoria L.extract are damarone,vanillin,phenylacetic acid,coumarin,acetic acid,ethyl caprate,Whiskey lactone,ethyl cinnamate,methyl isobutyrate,guaiacol,phenacetaldehyde,caproic acid,and linolenic acid.
