摘 要:用L-乳酸与5,5’,6,6’-四羟基-3,3,3’,3’-四甲基-1,1’-螺旋双茚满、四氟对苯二腈共同反应生成L-乳酸修饰自具微孔聚合物,并将其制备成膜。探究L-乳酸修饰自具微孔聚合物膜对酪氨酸、苯丙氨酸、色氨酸对映体的手性选择性渗透行为,并与未修饰自具微孔聚合物膜进行对比。实验结果表明,未修饰自具微孔聚合物膜不能手性选择性渗透酪氨酸、苯丙氨酸、色氨酸对映体;而L-乳酸修饰自具微孔聚合物膜可以手性选择性渗透酪氨酸对映体。最后,采用对接模拟方法对L-乳酸修饰自具微孔聚合物与色氨酸对映体的相互作用进行研究。L-lactic acid modified polymers of intrinsic microporosity were synthesized by the reaction of L-lactic acid with 5,5,6,6-tetrahydroxy-3,3,3,3-tetramethyl-1,1-helicaldiindene and tetrafluorophenonitrile,and prepared into membranes.The chiral selective permeation behaviors of tyrosine,phenylalanine and tryptophan enantiomers through membranes from L-lactic acid modified polymers of intrinsic microporosity were investigated and compared with those through unmodified membranes from polymers of intrinsic microporosity.The experimental results showed that unmodified membranes could not selectively permeate tyrosine,phenylalanine and tryptophan enantiomers.However,the chiral selective permeability of membranes from polymers of intrinsic microporositymodified by L-lactic acid was significantly improved.Finally,the interactions of L-lactic acid modified polymers of intrinsic microporosity with amino acid enantiomers were studied by docking simulations.
