摘　　要：如何在高职教育中融入思政教育是一个长期缺失而又急需解决的问题,高职育人使命以价值塑造、能力培养、知识传授三位一体的人才培养目标为专业课思政教育提出了解决问题的方向。本文分析宜宾职业技术学院开设的专业基础课程生物化学课程思政现状,充分挖掘思政元素,并以蛋白质结构为例,介绍了在课程思政背景下,进行课堂教学设计的实践与探索,为将课程思政真正落于实处提供有价值的思路和借鉴,对本院食品生物技术专业课程思政教育实践做有益尝试。How to integrate ideological and political education into higher vocational education is a long-term missing but urgent problem that needs to be solved.The mission of higher vocational education was to provide a solution for professional ideological and political education with the trinity of value shaping,ability training and knowledge transferring.The ideological and political education status of the professional basic course of Biochemistry curriculum offered by Yibin Vocational and Technical College was analyzed,the ideological and political elements was fully excavated,and protein structure was used as an example to introduce the practice and exploration of classroom teaching design under the background of ideological and political curriculum.True implement the curriculum of ideology and politics aimed to provide valuable ideas and references,and attempted to the ideological and political education practice of the major courses for food biotechnology in our colleges.
