校企协同育人培养环境工程专业应用型人才教学模式探索

摘　　要：校企合作作为一种新的办学模式,在培养应用型本科人才中发挥了巨大优势。以吉林师范大学工程学院为例,通过剖析现阶段应用型人才培养中存在的主要问题,结合学院环境工程专业人才培养目标,从课程体系建设、教学内容改革、“双师型”教师培养、实践教学平台搭建等多个方面入手,尝试通过建立校企协同育人机制,创建环境类专业应用型本科教学的新模式。As a new school running mode,school enterprise cooperation has played a great advantage in cultivating applied undergraduate talents.Taking the college of Engineering of Jilin Normal University as an example,by analyzing the main problems existing in the training of applied talents at the present stage,combined with the training objectives of environmental engineering professionals of the college,a new model of applied undergraduate education for environmental majors by establishing a school-enterprise cooperative education mechanism from the aspects of curriculum system construction,teaching content reform,“double qualified”teacher training,practical teaching platform construction,and so on,was established.
