摘　　要：随着石油化工行业的产业升级,对高学历、高技能人才的需求越来越大,然而,由于诸多因素,现有的高校毕业生无法满足行业需求,这不仅阻碍了行业水平的提升,也不利于化工高等教育的可持续发展。本文分析化工毕业生的就业现状,并从优化培养方案、鼓励参加创新创业和学科竞赛、加强职业规划教育、开展朋辈引领和专业实习等四个层面构建化工专业学生的就业指导体系,提升人才培养质量,促进行业健康发展,实现学生个人价值。With the industrial upgrading of the petrochemical industry,the industry\s demand for highly educated and highly skilled talents is increasing.However,due to many factors,the existing college graduates cannot meet the industry\s needs,which not only hinders the ability of industrial development,and the improvement of the level is also not conducive to the sustainable development of chemical higher education.This paper analyzes the employment status of chemical graduates,and improves the quality of education from four aspects:optimizing training programs,encouraging participation in innovation and entrepreneurship and academic competitions,strengthening career planning education,and carrying out peer leadership and professional practice.The employment guidance system promotes the healthy development of the industry and realizes the personal value of students.
