摘　　要：网络主题班会是医卫类院校开展实习生思想政治教育工作的一个重要载体,也是新时代医卫类院校拓宽育人渠道的重要举措和重要抓手。目前医卫类院校网络主题班会存在着认识不足、重视性不够、实效性不强、形式单一等问题,依托新媒体资源的便捷高效优势,提出网络主题班会设计要统一思想认识、统筹兼顾安排、主题选择要有针对性、内容设计要有实效性、形式设计要有创新性等优化策略,进一步提升育人实效、完善育人体系、丰富育人内涵。The network theme class meeting is an important carrier for medical and health colleges to carry out the ideological and political education of interns,and it is also an important measure and an important starting point for medical and health colleges to broaden the channels of education in the new era.At present,there are some problems in the network theme class meeting of medical and health colleges,such as insufficient understanding,insufficient attention,weak effectiveness,single form and so on.Relying on the convenient and efficient advantages of new media resources,this paper puts forward optimization strategies such as unified ideological understanding,overall planning and arrangement,targeted theme selection,effective content design,and innovative form design in the design of network theme class meeting,so as to further improve the effectiveness of education,improve the education system and enrich the connotation of educating people.
