摘　　要：在地方财政资金紧缺、技术力量薄弱的背景下,高校基础设施建设采用PPP模式,吸引社会资本参与高校基础设施建设项目的投资、建设、运营,能够有效缓解地方政府的财政资金压力,同时还能够有效提高高校办学运行效率。因此,本文以广西高校基础设施建设项目为研究对象,对PPP在广西高校基础设施建设项目的应用策略问题进行了研究。Under the background of the shortage of local financial funds and weak technical force,the PPP mode is adopted in the infrastructure construction of colleges and universities to attract social capital to participate in the investment,construction and operation of infrastructure construction projects of colleges and universities,which can effectively relieve the financial pressure of local governments and effectively improve the running efficiency of colleges and universities.Therefore,this paper takes Guangxi university infrastructure construction project as the research object,and studies the application strategy of PPP in Guangxi university infrastructure construction project.
