摘 要:近几年来,随着社会形势的变化,社会各项工作生活学习方式发生了新的变化。本文首先对心理危机干预工作中“家-校-社”的合作现状进行了分析:“家-校”合作仍不理想,部分家长配合度低;与医院的合作机制缺乏,需要进一步深入地交流合作;与公安、社区的合作意识不够,很少建立与社区的合作。其次,本文阐述了“家庭-学校-社会”三者的合力意义与机制构建思路:构建“医校联合体”,加强信息交流与资源支持;强化家校合力,在平时的学生管理工作中建立良好的家校联系,加强心理健康理念及政策的宣传;强化与公安的合作意识;建立与学校周边社区和学生户籍所在地社区的合作机制,有利于部分特殊家庭学生出现心理危机时能够获得及时的社会支持。In recent years,along with the change of the social situation,social work,life and learning styles have undergone new changes.This paper first analyzes the current situation of“family-school-society”cooperation in psychological crisis intervention is further elaborated:“family-school”cooperation is far from ideal,and some parents have low cooperation degree;there is a lack of cooperation mechanism with hospitals,which requires further in-depth exchanges and cooperation;lack of awareness of cooperation with public security and community,and rarely establish cooperation with community.Second,this paper expounds the combined significance and mechanism construction of“family-school-society”:construct“medical university consortium”to strengthen information exchange and resource support;strengthen home-school cooperation,establish good home-school contact in the usual student management work,and strengthen the publicity of mental health concepts and policies;strengthen the sense of cooperation with public security;establish the cooperation with the surrounding communities of the school and the communities where students are registered,which is conducive to the timely social support of some students from special families when they are in psychological crisis.
