摘  要:素质教育的本质为何,其教育价值何在?研究厘清这些基本问题,对“以技能立身,靠素质发展”的高职教育而言意义重大。人的社会属性或者人的本质属性,决定了职业技术大学素质教育的本质,即促进“人的全面发展”。职业技术大学素质教育的本质又决定其必须以大学生顺利进入社会、适应社会、服务社会,真正实现个体的“全面发展”或“社会化”准备起各种素质条件为价值取向,要为大学生于社会“安身立命”构建起精神家园,为实现“中国梦”培养高素质人才和高素质公民。What is the essence of quality education and what is its educational value?To clarify these basic questions is of great significance to the higher vocational education,which“builds up by skills and develops by quality”.The social attributes of human beings,or the essential attributes of human beings,determine the essence of quality education in vocational and technical universities,that is,to promote the“all-round development of human beings”.The nature of quality education in vocational and technical universities also determines that it must prepare various quality conditions for college students to enter the society,adapt to the society and serve the society,and truly realize the“all-round development”or“socialization”of individuals.It is the value orientation to prepare various quality conditions for the students to realize the“comprehensive development”or“socialization”of the individual,to build a spiritual home for the students to“settle down”in the society,and to cultivate high-quality talents and citizens for the realization of the“Chinese dream”.
